Terms Of Use

All terms are subject to all products offered by TheStickerPrinting Pty Ltd 

 1  Product Prices

1.1    We do our best to keep our website up-to-date with latest prices, Price on our website are subject to change without prior notice.
1.2    Most product prices are with free shipping Australia Wide unless you need express delivery. TheStickerPrinting may charge for delivery of  product in case courier determines Rural Delivery area and changes more than normal

1.3    To get bulk or Custom Quotes you can contact our support staff via email, chat or phone call. A quote is generally valid for 30 days. Please re-confirm prices if your quote is older than 30 days.
1.4    10% GST is included in all prices at the time of checkout
1.5    All process, plates, film, die-cutting prices are included in final quote. Unless you need some special procedures that should be informed before it is charged.

2       Order Payment 

2.1    Every order require full payment before it is sent to production and/or deliver, unless agreed in writing.
2.2   Acceptable payment methods are  EFT / Bank Transfer, Credit Card or PayPal
2.3   if customer exceed our trading terms, We reserve the right to put a temporary hold on their order unless matter is resolved or greed

3       Printing Material Availability

3.1 Printing Material can change based its availability in stock or market, or due to technical or engineering requirements.

4      Artwork Guide & Printing

4.1    Client must supply “Press Ready” artwork file in order for us to send the file straight to production, check Artwork Guideline, before you start creating your file. TheStickerPrinting will not be responsible for incorrect file or any errors in-cured in design during file transfer . You must approve a JPEG version of proof before printing.
4.2   Client must carefully review this artwork before submitting it to us. We review all files and before printing. No responsibility or changes are accepted after proof is approved, unless otherwise production has not started.
4.3   It is client’s responsibility to proof read the content or go through positioning of artwork. We can not take responsibility on proof reading.
4.4   Hardcopy sample provided by customer can not be used as source of colour matching.
4.5   There always is difference in computer colours and process colours. Computer use RGB colour scheme whereas process colours are CMYK or PMS colour. You must convert your artwork in CMYK or PMS to colour match it. Special effects or lamination can also effect the look of final printout colours.
4.6   We use technically advanced equipment’s for printing and it has capacity to match best colours. But even best machines have some limitations and may give acceptable variation level of (+/-5%) from print to print, front front to back , material to material or in lot.
4.7   Die Cutting or Straight cutting may have an acceptable variation level of (+/- 1~2 mm) from final proof.
4.8   We print all order with at-least 15% more than ordered quantity to cover waste etc. in most cases the quantity we supply is more than ordered quantity but in some cases where more than extra wastage has occur the quantity may vary (+/- 10%). We can reproduce short quantity if any such case occur.
4.9   Press ready artwork conversion and correction / editing of artwork is free of cost but  that can delay production and / or delivery.

5   Shipping & Delivery

5.1    Client must provide valid shipping address with valid & working email address, phone number and postcode etc. In case of wrong address or missed delivery we will not be responsible to missed deadline.
5.2   We guarantee to ship-out your order same day it is completed. If you supply us your artwork before 3Pm in working day. That counts as first day towards your order delivery.
5.3   We send your order with registered courier services e.g (Australia post, Toll Express, CourierPlease, DHL etc) for delivery, It is acknowledge that,  Any third party shipping and / or delivery delays are not considered our liability.
5.4   A Damaged or Lost package during transit is not our responsibility. We make sure your parcel is packed in good quality carton to ensure protection from transit damage, but cannot guarantee on handling part by third part companies.
5.5   In case of damaged or lost package we contact courier company for complaint and  go by solution offered.
5.6   TheStickerPrinting will not be accountable for wrong / incorrect / incomplete delivery address provided by customer. We do not take responsibility of missed delivery. You need to authorize courier for them to leave parcel at your door step. But we do not stand responsible for misplaced or stolen package from your door.
5.7   A missed delivery due to any reason may cause delay in package arrival, which is not at all our responsibility
5.8   We do not stay responsible for delay in any printing or shipping due to situation beyond its reasonable control and/or are delayed by the actions of the client. This includes Natural Disasters , Strike but schedules holidays are not part of this responsibility

6  Returns and / Or Refunds

6.1  Client must inform us about any change in order specifications / design / change of product or mind, Prior approval in order for us to process full / partial refund (if applies)
6.2  We offer free Editing or Designing on Order Placement
We take minimum 50% deposit to proceed for hard-copy proofing or for designing changes or editing. On approval or either hard-copy or digital proof and once production has begun, your deposit is not refundable after that stage
6.3  Pre-Press , Printing & Production
If you want to cancel the order after production has begun. 25% cancellation fee will be applied to all orders, if order in in Pre-Press (PDF or JPEG version of proof is provided for review as Digital proof)
6.4  After printing or production procedure has started a 50% fee is applies to all orders on cancellation , stop, hold or for any changes request.
6.5  Client must physically inspect parcel for damages at the time of delivery. We will not take any responsibility of any types of damages, defects, shortage, misprint, or non-compliance with the specifications in the Agreement, unless You inform Us in writing with evidence within 5 days of goods delivery.
6.6  Once we agree for any damages, shortage, misprint, defects, or non-compliance with the specifications in the Agreement We may at our convenience, respond, replace or reprint missing or defective goods.
6.7  Any typed of Altered, Short or damaged or used products in any types of way will not be eligible for return or refund.

7  Copyright Issues

7.1   Client must have all necessary reproduction, copyright, publication or licensing rights for their artwork, video, music or any types of file provided.
7.2 TheStickerPrinting may use printed item’s pictures / artwork for  sampling or in promotional display.

8  Important Notice

8.1  if you are not sure about printing terminologies or have no or little knowledge about printing operation / procedures, materials, finishes, sizes or special effects and you have not contacted us to clarify or to get knowledge / guidance about process, material , after print looks, TheStickerPrinting will NOT be responsibility of your choice, or mis-matched specifications. We though have 24/7 customer support available via Email, Phone and Chat support to help you answer any question of inquiry that you have.
